Super Wash CHCs in Papua

The Kilgina Super Wash Community Health Club in Papua New Guinea is proving to be every bit as active as the CHCs in Africa. Women enjoy doing projects together to improve their environment. They have assigned every Thursday for the community and house clean up. They are starting a flower planting project along the roads so that their village is made more attractive. This is an indication of community togetherness and being house proud. They also have an ongoing initiative to catch rats and minimise vector contamination.
