Julia Pantoglou, Monitoring Trainerr, Germany

Julia Pantoglou joined Africa AHEAD in Rwanda in 2015, initially   as an intern for  the monitoring and evaluation of the cRCT trial in Rusizi District. Later she became fully employed as a Monitoring Manager,  responsible for refining the Household Inventory Tool, and for the use of the ODK (Open Data Kit) for instant analysis of data, collected by cell phone. She then used the project data for her own Masters Thesis which was an analysis  of the different levels of response of a range of CHC in Rusizi. As such she is has the most experience within Africa AHEAD of data collection and analysis of CHC, as well as the ability to train field workers in the use of mobile Apps and research protocol. She was the research assistant to Juliet Waterkeyn for the publication of the paper which was the response to the RCT findings.
