Module 4: Full Course for CHC facilitators: Group of up to 20

Individual cost: US$ 250  per person for full course

Group cost: US$5,000 for up to 20 participants for full course

Country: Open to all countries (English speaking)

Period of  Training: six months

Requirements:

1. Organisation must have local facilitator to translate into local language
2. Participants must have completed Module 1 & 2.
3. Each participant must have  one village to start up a Community Heath Club.

Target Participant:  Project Officers, Community Health Workers, Environmental Health Technicians, Health Surveillance Assistants.

Minimum Number of participants:  10 participants

Maximum Number of participants: 40 participants

Group Access: Participants  can be grouped with  5 people per email  around one screen.

Language of training: English

Time: 9 am – 11 am (South African time)

Duration: 25  weeks

Number of days: 10 days

Frequency: Once per week  or bi-monthly

Length of each Topic: 2 – 3  hours each

Certification: Individual participants who attend all 20 sessions in full and succeed in training a Community Health Club will be given a certificate.
