Patience Muserepwa: Finance Manager
A competent and hardworking lady currently engaged as the Finance and Administration Officer for Africa AHEAD. She has vast experience working with various donors including USAID, UNICEF, OFDA, SIDA, and ACT among others. She has expertise in a number of different accounting packages which include Pastel, Apogee, Xero, Sunsystem and Belina for salaries. Through her hard work and technical expertise, the organisation has attained unqualified Audited Financial Reports and Spot Checks from 2013 to date thus setting a high standard of transparency, accountability and professionalism. Her administrative, Human Resources and managerial skills have greatly contributed to reshape the culture and reputation of the organisation and as such, Patience was given the Director’s Worker of the Year Award for 2019.
Her wealth of experience is drawn from previous engagements with both the private sector, and National and International Non-Governmental organisation where she has risen through the ranks from being an Accounts clerk at the Cotton Company of Zimbabwe, Assistant Accountant at FSI Agricom, and Assistant Accountant at International Committee of Red Cross before she finally joined Africa AHEAD as a Book Keeper. She was promoted to become Finance Officer and then Finance and Admin Officer, a position which she is currently holding. She has an Accounting diploma with the Institute of Administration and Commerce and a Secretarial diploma with Pitman and currently working towards attaining a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
