Zachary Bigirimana

Zachary Bigirimana, Regional Representative East Africa (Masters of Public Health) focusing on Management of Health Services, Rural Social Development and Human Resources; rich experience in research and consultancy for  project development and management, policy development for Ministry of Health, behavior change approaches, management of community based initiatives,institutional capacity-building including training needs assessment, developing of both strategic and operational plans. He has worked as   as a Country Representative for African Medical and Research Foundation (AMREF) in Rwanda for three years, a Technical Advisor (WSP-World Bank) for  Ministry of Health, Uganda and Rwanda, and is a National Trainer at Health Manpower Development Centre, Uganda.
