Roger Short

Technical Advisor: Advocacy and Planning 

Roger Short has over 30 years of experience in conflict resolution, social inclusion, poverty alleviation and socio-economic development. He has been an associate of the United Nations System Staff College on the Rights Based Approach to achieve the MDGs; Secretary General of the World Association of Industrial and Technological Research Organisations; Chief Internationalisation expert for the Danish Technological Institute in Denmark. As TA to the Department of Water, in S.Africa with  DANIDA,(2000 – 2010)  he used the CHC in the IWRM programme.
