Module 2: Planning a Community Health Club Project
Date: 8th February – 26th July 2025
Access: An online training course conducted virtually through Zoom
Summary of Training: For those have already been running a Community Health Club Project and want to start a Ubuntu Youth Group

8th Feb: Planning: Registration and Proposed Plan of Action – design of training
15th Feb: What is Ubuntu / Unhu? – discussion on the Ubuntu paper
22nd Feb: Ubuntu Survey training
1st March: Feed back from the survey
8th March: Seeing yourself in Other people
15th March: Strength lies in Unity
22nd March: Planning to start up a Youth Club
4 week break to register your own members of a Youth Club
26th April: Put yourself in the shoes of others
3rd May: Choose to see the wider perspective
10th May: Have dignity for yourself and other people
17th May: Believe in the good of everyone
24th May: Choose hope over optimism
31st May: Seek out ways to connect
7th June: The power of forgiveness
14th June: Embrace our Diversity
21st June:Acknowledge reality however painful
28th June: Find Humour in our humanity
5th July: Why little things make a big difference
12th July: Learn to Listen so you can hear
19th July: Look around you: make a difference
26th July: Plans and presentation of certificates
Target Participant: Project planners and managers / students and interns in NGOs
Required facilities for participants:
- Individual email account
- Reliable connectivity for Zoom
- Computer with video and audio
- An identified area to start a Youth Club
