A public health professional with over ten years of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating international health and development programs, Jason Rosenfeld began his career in Ghana, West Africa as a Community Health Advisor with the US Peace Corps. He joined Africa AHEAD in South Africa as an intern and becam Project Manager for a rural WASH project in Kwa Zulu Natal. In 2010 Jason moved to Zimbabwe to support the Zim AHEAD team, raising funds from USAID for a Cholera Mitigation Project. He had to leave before this outstanding project was finally funded tetruning to USA to become Assistant Director for Global Health at the Center for Medical Humanities & Ethics. Since then he has successfully replicated the CHC approach in Haiti and the Dominican Republic and has brought this little piece of Africa back to his homeland to improve local communities in San Antonio.
