This is a theoretical topic which introduces the challenge of a good leadership in a Community Health Club.
How to use Card set 1.Election of an Executive Committee
The cards can be used to find out what people think about different types of leadership. Each participant who is given a card comes to the front and explains what they think is the type of person they have on the card. This should lead to discussion as to the desired attributes of a leader of a CHC.
